The Afghanistan Development National Organization (ADNO) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization established in 2009, dedicated to fostering a peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan by empowering vulnerable communities through humanitarian aid, education, health services, WASH initiatives, agriculture training, emergency relief, and capacity-building programs. It focuses on improving development skills across Afghan society and delivers wide-ranging support such as literacy programs, child protection and GBV response, clean water and sanitation projects, community-based health services, and livelihood enhancement activities. With over 16 years of experience, ADNO has made significant impact—including reuniting 4,500 children with their families in the southern region—reflecting its commitment to protecting rights, reducing poverty, and strengthening community resilience across the country.
